Q. What kind of a church is Ebenezer?

A. Ebenezer Bible Chapel is an independent local church. We are not affiliated with any denomination or association. We are committed to the authority of the Bible as God's inspired Word.  See Beliefs.

 

Q. When was the church established?

A. This congregation was formed in 1957. See History.

 

Q. What size is the congregation?

A. Average Sunday morning attendance is currently about 80 people.

 

Q. What translation of the Bible is used in services?

A. We usually use KJV and NKJV in preaching services, classes and programs.

 

Q. What is a Sunday morning service like at Ebenezer?

A. We worship in a simple style using a hymnal for singing traditional hymns and choruses. We encourage people to bring their Bibles as we seek to discover in the Scriptures "all the counsel of God"  (Acts 20:27) for our lives.

 

Q. What do you have to offer families with children and youth?

A. We offer Sunday School Classes, Nursery, and Children's Church.
   C.O.R.E. Youth Group meets every Sunday from 4-6PM (grades 6-12) 
  Children's age graded Sunday School classes meets Sunday Mornings beginning at 9:30 AM.

 

Q. What should we expect when we visit?

A. Expect happy faces, a warm welcome, and clear Biblical preaching and teaching.
